Having  Wan Tan Mee noodles for dinner on Friday night. Well, I could say I hardly cook any fancy fancy dishes nowadays. I only cook about 3  times a week and the rest of the day is either the kids eat out or we eat at MIL’s house or Ah Mah’s house. This shown that how busy am I now. Sigh…

On Thursday night,  I cooked Stewed Chicken Feet with Mushroom for dinner. I used my old recipe from HERE.The left over, I kept it for the next day for our Wan Tan Mee dinner. Found one packet of Wan Tan Mee in the freezer and better to cook it before I forgot about it.

It is pretty easy to prepare a fast dinner. What you need to do  is :

1. Boil the Wan Tan Mee / noodles in hot boiling water. Then blanch it in cold water and place it on the place.

2. Mix Wan Tan Mee with some oyster sauce, sesame oil, pepper, dark soy sauce and soy sauce.

3. Heat up the left over stewed chicken feet with mushroom and pour  some of the sauce  over the Wan Tan Mee. Mix well.

4. Fried some crispy wan tan and blanch some green vegs. Arrange over the plate and you can enjoy a lovely plate of wan tan mee for dinner.
