I was at the night market and saw this vegetables. Anyone got any idea what is the name of the vegetables? Is it belongs to the fern family? I asked the taukeh soh and she told me is Long Sou Choy ( The Dragon’s Beard Vegs ). I am curious how does it taste like and bought some back to try out.

You can either stir fried it with garlic or with sambal belacan. What I did for mine is that I stir-fried the Long Sou Choy with sambal belacan.  I had the whole plate by myself because Dearie Suki does not like it and furthermore he is busy fixing the motorcycle covers.
